Death Stranding is one of the most unique games of the last few years, developed by Kojima Productions and originally released exclusively for the PlayStation 4 console. After some time, this game was also available for PC, and now the Director's Cut version has been released for Xbox Series X consoles. We are Xbox Series S.

"We were able to release the game for multiple platforms and now, the number of porters worldwide has reached over 19 million, which I'm very grateful for," Kojima announced in his video message.

The interesting thing to note is that Kojima Productions has recently acquired the full ownership of the Death Stranding IP. This could mean that Death Stranding 2, which is scheduled to be released for PlayStation 5 in 2025, will also be released for Xbox in the future.

Additionally, Kojima has announced that several Death Stranding adaptation projects are in the works. In an interview, he said: "Several Death Stranding adaptation projects are being made, but I have written a different story for the film, which I will not direct myself due to lack of time."
